Your remuneration strategy includes the employee benefits you provide. You want the range and quality of those benefits to positively reflect your corporate culture and be perceived by employees as valuable for their financial wellbeing. Simple and regular benefit communications will improve employee engagement, financial awareness and will reduce concerns on personal finances.  

 

Many employers like to manage their benefits in-house rather than utilising the services of a regulated adviser. They want to feel in control with benefit management, but sometimes additional support can be valuable. We can assist you with the aspects you find challenging or simply haven’t got time to conduct.

Many aspects of employee benefit work is unregulated. We have employee benefit and personal finance expertise, but we are not a traditional adviser. We are unregulated, meaning we do not sell financial products or recommend providers. Many employers prefer this approach.

We charge fixed fees for the work we conduct, based on the time involved, the complexity and the value it brings to clients. As a small business, we tend to charge less than larger firms, especially for clients that use our services regularly.

You can engage us to provide regular services, or use us sporadically, whichever you prefer. We will always be clear on the services provided and the fees we charge.
