Benefits can be technical and complex. If they are not your main focus, it is difficult to gain and maintain a detailed understanding of the benefit basis, operating processes and market developments.

 

We can provide benefit training to support HR, Payroll and Finance team members who need to maintain competency as they are involved in the benefit management and decision making.

Employers sometimes lack the resource or detailed benefit knowledge to conduct internal training for HR or Finance team members who are getting involved with benefit management or making key decisions.

We can help provide via virtual meeting:

  • Ad-hoc training when required or a programme

 

The training can include:

  • Understanding the benefit structure, basis how key features

  • Your responsibilities as decision maker or administrator

  • Management & development of benefits

  • Scheme renewals & structuring benefit work

  • How to implement key operational controls

  • Dealing effectively with employee queries

You can engage us on an ongoing basis to provide you with information, guidance and support when you need it. This can include benefit technical information, employee queries or asking our opinion on benefit matters.

 

​We can agree an ongoing monthly fee that will enable you to contact us for assistance whenever you need it. We can be available for a call or virtual meeting when required.

​

We will need knowledge of your benefits so our guidance can be specific for you. Sometimes it is good just to have an external sounding board for extra support.
